BOOK THE COURSE
Drawing & Painting from Nature
with Chris Green
This class takes inspiration from the natural world. Following the example of artists from Durer to Hockney, we will draw and paint from a wide variety of subjects, perhaps something seasonal like a cutting of blossom or Autumn leaves, or a surprise like animal bones or bird’s feathers. Each week offers the chance to explore a different technique - you may find yourself dipping a home-made quill into iron gall ink, working wet-on-wet with water soluble crayon, or simply enjoying the versatility of pencil from 9H to 9B. All levels from beginners to experienced artists are welcome.
About the Tutor:

He studied at the Royal Drawing School (2008) and Byam Shaw School of Art (2006). He can usually be found, sketchbook in hand on the foreshore of the Thames, or the fringes of Walthamstow Market.
