Gentle Yoga

with Kim Doyle

This Gentle Yoga class (Hatha method) will start with some Pranayama (breathwork), then after a warm up, we will focus on strengthening the muscles and encouraging flexibility of your body tissues by using the breath to hold and deepen the Asanas (poses). The use of props will be offered, thus allowing you to discover new ways of exploring your own body's availabilities to yoga safely.  Friendly and supportive classes for all skill levels.
